We currently only ship to the UK although we are looking for partners to help us to distribute to other countries in future. EvoNatural sends out deliveries Monday – Saturday. We strive to ship your order the same day or the next business day.
NOTE : Our warehouse is closed on Sundays and during public holidays.

We are delighted to offer Free Standard UK Delivery on all orders over £25.
UK Delivery fees for EvoNatural orders under £25 will be via First Class Delivery via the Royal Mail Currently this costs £4
We aim to ship the same or the next day from when you place your order.
All our deliveries are via standard delivery which is estimated to be within 3-5 working days. (It is very often a lot sooner than this).
Due to coronavirus, some items may be delayed. Our products are made by hand in small batches and this in itself may cause delays when we are unable to obtain specific ingredients which are affected by harvests and other conditions. Any delay of this nature will be communicated to you via email as soon as we are aware of any delay so that you may choose whether to be refunded or to wait for the stocks of fresh product to resume.
Last orders for Christmas deliveries are on the 15th of December.
Whilst we endeavour to get your delivery to you within the nominated time period, please note that there may be a delay over periods of high demand (e.g. Black Friday and Christmas).
EvoNatural can not accept responsibility for delays caused by extenuating circumstances (i.e. adverse weather, force majeure), and as stated, any delay or issue with your order will be communicated to you so that you have a choice in how to proceed.
Free Delivery Exclusions
Unfortunately we cannot offer free delivery on orders to the Republic of Ireland, Channel Islands or Isle of Man or EU countries.
We currently do not ship worldwide beyond the EU. We do not deliver to PO box addresses.
